Community Parks for Mobile Homes
Have you ever driven past a place where there are a number of mobile homes together. If you have, this is what is known as a mobile home community park. In mobile home community parks, people live on rent or sometimes own the place themselves. There are about 2000 such parks in America today.
Many years ago mobile home community parks were called trailer parks and living in one did not exactly count for stylish living. Homes in these parks were of poor quality and hygiene in these places was poor.
Things have changed in mobile home community parks for the better since then. Today the structure and organization of these parks is much better than before. One reason for this is the adherence to government guidelines. Some of the doublewide homes available today are beautifully made, a match for any traditional home.
In mobile home parks owners let off homes for rent. With hurricanes striking the US with regularity nowadays, mobile homes have arisen as a solution to this problem. Homeless people can find quick and reasonably good shelter in government mobile home parks. In these mobile homes no rent is necessary, only a small amount for the upkeep of homes is required.
One new attraction in mobile home parks is the doublewide home. Todays mobile home parks are sophisticated and well managed.
