Mobile homes are unlike traditional homes in that they are not attached to the ground.

Feng shui says that when the house is being made, the energy from the ground rises up. Then when the roof is put on the energy remains sealed inside and influences the lives of the residents for a long long time.

Since mobile homes are built as residences, they absorb the energies of the place they lie above. If the home is moved to a new location, it absorbs new energies of the ground it is located on. When the home lies on a piece of land, the same principles that apply to normal homes also apply to the mobile home.
