Save Money With New Building Systems 2
One new building system that came into existence after the second world war is prefabricated construction. This term included more than one kind of housing. Such homes are constucted in parts in a factory and then assembled at the place where the home will sit.
Since such homes are built in a manner protected from weather, climate does not harm these homes. In addition there is a high level of quality control. These homes are also called system built homes. These homes save construction times and are consistent in quality. In addition labor issues that crop up while making a home are reduced.
One type of prefabricated home is the mobile home. These homes were initially built on a chassis with wheels so that they could be easily transported. After 1976 these homes came to be called manufactured homes. With regulations that ensure quality control, some concerns remain. These include stability and depreciation of price.
However the quality of manufactured homes is noteworthy owing partly to strict government regulations. Today double wide and triple wide homes are available for those who want to live it up.
If you own a manufactured home, it will be governed under local zoning regulations.
